This document sets out the full terms and conditions governing the use of the sis4d platform. By registering or using any sis4d service, you agree to comply with all terms stated below. Please read carefully – this is a binding agreement between you and sis4d.

Only Malaysian citizens or residents aged 18 and above are eligible to register a sis4d account. Only one account is permitted per individual, per phone number, and per IP address.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between sis4d ("we", "the platform") and each individual who accesses or uses the sis4d platform via the website, mobile application, or any other digital channel ("Member", "you").
By accessing the sis4d platform, registering a new account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

Sis4d reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, a utility bill for address verification, and details of the bank account or e-wallet used.
KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity verification is an industry-standard process designed to protect members and uphold the integrity of the platform. sis4d handles all KYC information securely and confidentially.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at sis4d at any one time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual – including the use of different names, IP addresses, devices, or phone numbers – are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms.
Sis4d employs a sophisticated detection system to identify multiple accounts. Should multiple accounts be discovered, sis4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate all accounts involved and forfeit any existing balances without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sis4d account password and login credentials. sis4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
Sis4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods only:
The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. All deposits are credited to your sis4d account in under 3 minutes. sis4d does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
Important: You may only deposit funds using an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
Sis4d is not liable for any delays in deposit processing caused by technical disruptions on the part of the payment provider. In such cases, please contact sis4d support with proof of payment for manual resolution.
Members may request withdrawals for winnings that have met all applicable requirements. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:
Sis4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount. This is standard procedure to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
No Withdrawal Fees: sis4d does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges – please check with your provider.
If a withdrawal cannot be processed due to incomplete or invalid information, sis4d will contact you within 24 hours. Failure to provide the requested information within 7 days may result in the withdrawal being cancelled.
All bonuses and promotions offered by sis4d are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated bonus terms.
Sis4d strictly prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, disproportionately low-stakes wagering to meet rollover requirements ("bonus abuse"), and collusion between members to exploit the bonus system.
Sis4d employs a sophisticated bonus abuse detection system. Accounts suspected of bonus abuse may be suspended, and all associated bonuses and winnings may be voided.
Warning: sis4d's decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and not subject to dispute. All bonus-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of sis4d.

The sis4d Sports Betting section covers matches from the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, badminton (Malaysia Open, All England), e-sports (MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, CS2), basketball, tennis, and over 30 other sports. The following rules apply:
If a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be fully refunded to the member's account.
As a sis4d member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings, and potential legal action if losses are incurred by sis4d or other members.
You may close your sis4d account at any time by contacting our customer support via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at support@sis4d.ws. Prior to closure, any balance that meets the withdrawal requirements will be returned to you.
Sis4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Accounts that show no activity (login, deposit, or betting) for 12 consecutive months deemed inactive. sis4d will send an email notice before applying a monthly administrative fee of RM5 to inactive accounts. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed automatically.
